Gathered leadership perspective through ~50 executive interviews, pressure-tested the story with business unit profitability analysis, then built recommendations connecting strategy to health technology and workforce transformation.
Outcome
A set of choices the executive team could rally around, with logic that held up across stakeholders.
What I Learned
I learned that strategy is a set of choices in a world of limited resources. Choosing a path forward often requires multiple stakeholders, and telling a story with input from others is important.
