Led a community of 500+ MBA students and alumni, developed tools and processes to match members with SkyDeck startups, and supported pre-seed founders with product, growth, and operations.
Outcome
Stronger connections across the SkyDeck and Haas ecosystems, with a clearer path for founders to find aligned support and for MBAs to find real startup work.
What I Learned
I learned that community does not happen by accident. It takes structure, repetition, and small moments of trust that make people feel safe enough to contribute.
